General delivery and payment conditions

Delivery
The order will be completed within 3-6 weeks. Delivery is free within the European Union, usually outside of it we use the UPS Expedited door-to-door delivery rates, this cost will be in the pro form invoice. The delivery time is usually 4-5 days.

Packaging:
All jewelry are shipped in a jewelery box. Branded paper bags are provided upon request.

Payment Terms:
The minimum order value is EUR 300. If your order value is above € 1000 you’ll get 20% discount.The total value of the goods must be paid before shipping. Please, make your order primarily in the webshop at www.rozetta.hu.Only wholesalers and retailers can enter with a password to see the prices. The customers can pay by credit card in the webshop, or else they can pay by bank transfer or through Paypal.
The findings are high quality and allergy-free. If you’d like to order a different from those that are listed in the webshop, please contact us.
All jewels must be sold in the original packaging and logo.
We provide our customers with the exclusive right around their shop, street, or department store, if they’re agree our Terms of Service. These are that you must keep our jewels separated from other jewelry in the showcase.The store address must be given, and we need photos from your shop and your showcase. We’ll make a separate agreement, if you want a shop-in-shop, or a Rozetta brand shop.
To deviate from the above payment and delivery terms a contract bond is required.
