-Yes. Our prices depends on the amount you have ordered. The shipping is free inside Europe.
For outside Europe we are looking for the best shipping option available for our costumers.
-I would like to order, but I can't pay in advance. How can I get the jewellery?
-We are accepting orders through fax and e-mail as well. As soon as we finished your order we will inform you.
We ship your order as soon as we receive (in e-mail or fax) the confirmation of the bank transfer.
-I would like to place a small order, what is the minimum amount?
-The minimum order is 300 EUR.
-How long does it takes to finish my order?
-It depends on the quantity, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks to finish an order.
-Is there any possibility to change some old models to new ones?
-If the box and the jewellery is clean and not damaged, than you can change the old ones.
But for only 20% of your last order's amount. In this case the shipping costs are paid by the costumer.
-I would like to advertise the Rozetta Fused Glass Jewellery in my shop, do you provide any materials?
-You can choose catalogues and posters in the collection menu. You can have 2 free posters per shop.
-Can I have jewellery without boxes?
-We are building the brand of Rozetta, so the jewellery must be sold in boxes with our brand logo on it.
(We don't sell parts.)
-Can I have the jewellery with different color leather cords?
-Yes. If you ask we can send you samples and you can choose whatever you'd like to.
-Is there a possibility to have pendants with different hangers?
-Since the 2008 autumn developments you can have all the models with glued pendant-hanger.
