The Product:
Our glass jewelry of unique design is made by hand with a mosaic and fusing technique. Each piece is supplied with high quality surgical steel. During the trading and selling process no modification can be made on our products that have to be traded in their original packaging.

Ordering:
The minimum order is €300 net. From €1000 of order value per occasion a 10 % discount is applied. All orders have to be made in writing (e.g. by fax, email etc.) or via our web shop (www.rozetta.hu).

Delivery:
Delivery takes 2-4 weeks from receipt of order. Shipment is done by courier service or by the Hungarian Post JSC in every case. The parcel can be tracked using its identification number. Shipping is free within the EU.

Packaging:
Each jewel is packed in a decoration box marked with "Rozetta" on top.

Payment terms:
Whole payment has to be done in advance, prior to shipment, in all cases.

Guarantee:
In case of proper use and compliance with care instructions, the guarantee for manufacturing defects applies for 18 months. Any faulty product is repaired free of charges. If the product cannot be repaired, replacement is provided.
